3. Intake Valve The intake valve is installed at the inlet of the compressor to control the intake of the compressor. In normal operation, the control signal controls the opening or closing of the intake valve to meet the gas demand. It can be stepless or two-point gas flow control. When stopping or decadently stopping oxygen supply, the one-way valve installed in the intake valve remains closed to prevent air backflow. Various valve schemes can be used for fixed cargo mobile compressors.
4. Three filters: air filtration, oil consideration and oil content The use of top-grade filter material improves the reliability, easy to assemble and disassemble, and saves time. Compared with the traditional oil core separation, the maintenance cost is lower, and it has the characteristics of low residual oil rate and low fuel consumption.
5. Rear cooler The low temperature difference design is adopted to increase the effective heat transfer area, which is more suitable for high temperature and humidity working environment to avoid high temperature shutdown.
6.Temperature control valve The temperature control valve is controlled by a temperature control spool. When a minimum oil temperature is reached and maintained, the oil will cool the bypass oil, so that the compressor can be protected when starting at low temperature. When the compressor starts and reaches the normal working temperature, the normal operation of the temperature control valve is ensured.
7. Integrated valve The integrated valve system adopts patent centrifugal technology. The purpose is to improve the effect of mechanical pre-separation. According to the current standard, the integrated valve is composed of oil and gas separating barrel and flange plate. The flange is composed of an oil seat, an oil cushion seat, a temperature control valve, a safety valve, a minimum pressure valve, an oil return peep mirror and a oil partial pressure drop detection hole. The utility model has the advantages of light weight, less occupied space, less takeover and no leakage. This is the greatest advantage of the integrated valve.
